Our Performance Guarantee

Gordon is supporting your choice to use our performance water products and services to provide better water for you, for your family and for your home. Our Performance Guarantee makes us stand behind the equipment we recommend solving your water treatment needs. If within 60 days, the equipment is not functioning as intended, we will refund the cost of the equipment to you, the original purchaser. If, after making all necessary corrections or adjustments to the systems up to and including replacing the equipment with similarly priced equipment, and we have not yet provided the result the equipment should achieve, we will refund 100% of the price of the equipment.
