Bottled Water Delivery for West Michigan Workplaces

Keep Your Team Stocked With Water They'll Drink

Gordon Water has bottled its own water in Kalamazoo since 1986. We fill it at an FDA-inspected facility, test it daily, weekly, and annually, and deliver it to offices, plants, schools, churches, job sites, and events across more than 13 counties in West Michigan. Pick your water, pick your dispensers, and pick how often the truck comes. Change any of the three when your usage changes.

What We Deliver

Three types of water, all in 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles, all filled and tested at our own facility. If you aren't sure which type of water to order, most workplaces start with the blue cap.

High-Purity Reverse Osmosis Water (Blue Cap)

Our most-ordered water and the default for break rooms. Reverse osmosis reduces dissolved minerals, chlorine taste, and other contaminants, so what reaches the cup is clean and neutral. It also makes better coffee and better ice, which is usually the first thing people notice.

Mineral Enhanced Water (Green Cap)

The same reverse osmosis water with minerals added back in. If your team finds plain RO water tastes flat, this is the one to switch to. Some buildings stock both and let people choose.

De-Ionized Water (Red Cap)

Not for drinking. De-ionized water is for labs, batteries, autoclaves, humidifiers, parts rinsing, and any process where dissolved solids cause problems. If you're currently buying DI water by the case from a supplier, ask us to price it by the bottle.

How Delivery Works

1

Tell us about your building

Fill out the form or call 800-928-3768. Tell us roughly how many people use the water and where it needs to go. We'll size the first order from that rather than guessing.

2

We set you up

We bring the bottles and the dispensers, place them where your team will use them, and get the first delivery on the calendar. Coolers can be hot and cold or room temperature and cold.

3

We keep it stocked

We come back weekly, biweekly, or monthly, swap empties for full bottles, and adjust the count as your usage settles in. Nobody on your staff has to track it.

Sized to Your Building, Not a Standard Package

Most bottled water companies quote you a package and let you sort out whether it fits. We'd rather look at the building first. A twelve-person office and a second-shift production floor go through water at completely different rates, and putting the wrong cooler in the wrong room is how you end up with empties stacked in a corner or people walking to the gas station.

We'll start with how many people use the water, where they use it, and whether they need hot water for tea and instant meals. Then we set a delivery frequency around that and adjust after the first month or two, once we can see the real pattern instead of the estimated one.

Beyond the Bottle

Bottleless Coolers, If Bottles Aren't Worth It

Past a certain headcount, bottles stop making sense. A bottleless cooler plumbs into the water line you already have, filters on site, and takes deliveries, storage, and lifting out of the picture entirely. We install and service those too. Bottleless coolers start on a 12-month contract, then go month to month.

Treat the Water the Whole Building Uses

Bottled water covers drinking. If your equipment is scaling up, your dish machine is spotting, or a process needs high-purity water, that's a treatment question rather than a delivery one. We handle both sides.

Not Sure How Much Water Your Team Goes Through?

Most people guess low. Tell us the headcount and the layout and we'll put a number to it, then set a delivery schedule you can adjust once we see the real usage.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How often can we get bottled water delivered?
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We set the schedule around how fast your building goes through it and change it whenever the pattern shifts. If you'd rather not be on a schedule, you can pick up bottles at any of our four locations.
What sizes do the bottles come in?
3-gallon and 5-gallon. The 3-gallon is easier to lift onto a top-loading cooler, which matters more than people expect in a shared break room. A bottom-loading cooler takes the lifting out entirely.
What's the difference between the blue, green, and red caps?
Blue is high-purity reverse osmosis water and the one most workplaces order. Green is that same water with minerals added back for taste. Red is de-ionized water for commercial and industrial processes, not for drinking.
Do you provide the coolers, or do we buy our own?
We provide them. Top-loading and bottom-loading coolers, hands-free models for shared spaces, battery-powered pumps for job sites without an outlet, plus spigot-and-cradle and crock-and-stand setups where a full cooler doesn't fit the room.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term commitment is needed to start delivery. Bottleless coolers start on a 12-month contract, then go month to month. Tell us what you want and how often. Call 800-928-3768 and we'll walk through what your setup would look like before you commit to anything.
Is bottled water or a bottleless cooler cheaper for an office?
It depends on headcount. Past roughly a dozen regular users, a bottleless cooler usually wins, because you stop paying per bottle and per delivery. Below that, bottles often come out ahead. We'll run the comparison for your building rather than pushing you toward one.
