Nobody lifts a five-gallon bottle onto a cooler, and nobody stores empties in a closet.
Office & Workplace Drinking Water
Everybody Uses It. Everybody Notices When It Is Bad.
Drinking water is one of the few things in a building that every single person uses and everybody notices when it is bad. Warm water, a cooler that has been empty since Tuesday, a stack of empty five-gallon bottles nobody has room for, or tap water that tastes like a swimming pool are all small problems that generate a steady trickle of complaints. Warehouses and manufacturers have found something else: the walk from a work station out on the floor to the break room for a drink is lost labor time, and people stay hydrated when a cooler is close by instead of a hike away.
Option One
Bottleless Coolers
Gordon Water Systems sets up workplace drinking water for offices, clinics, law firms, libraries, schools, and break rooms across West Michigan: bottleless coolers plumbed to your water line, traditional bottled water delivery, or filtration at the fixtures you already have.
A bottleless cooler connects to your existing water line, filters the water at the unit, and dispenses cold, hot, or ambient on demand. We can also filter under a sink and feed two or three coolers from a single filter. No bottles, no deliveries, no storage. Options include countertop and freestanding units, hot water for tea and instant soup, and touch-free dispensing.
What Changes When the Bottles Go
The practical differences an office manager notices in the first month.
The supply is your building's water line.
Rental and filter service on a set fee instead of a per-bottle invoice that moves with consumption.
A straightforward sustainability win if your organization tracks that.
Carbon filtration for chlorine taste and odor, with reverse osmosis (RO) available where you want a lower mineral load.
Cold, hot for tea and instant soup, and ambient.
Option Two
Bottled Water Delivery
Some workplaces prefer bottles. Conference rooms without plumbing, job site trailers, event spaces, and offices that want water available where there is no line to tap all make sense on bottled service. We deliver on a schedule that meets your needs, built into our routes so it stays reliable; coolers are available for rent or purchase.
Countertop Cooler
For a counter or credenza where floor space is tight. Cold-only or hot and cold configurations.
Freestanding Cooler
The classic break-room cooler, in cold-only or hot and cold configurations.
Scheduled Route Delivery
Bottles arrive on a set route schedule that fits your usage, empties go back with the driver, and the invoice matches the schedule.
What the Cap Colors Mean
Bottled at our own FDA-registered plant in KalamazooHigh-Purity RO & Mineral Enhanced
Blue cap is high-purity reverse osmosis water; green cap is mineral enhanced, for drinkers who prefer more taste.
De-Ionized (DI) Water
For battery filling, specialty cleaning, and laboratory use.
Option Three
Filtration at the Fixtures You Have
If your break room already has a sink, filtered water at the tap does not have to mean another piece of furniture.
Under-counter filtration
A plumbed filtration system under the counter gives you filtered water at the tap. The same approach feeds coffee brewers, ice machines, and beverage equipment, which is worth doing anyway since hard water is what kills those units.
Existing sinkWhole-building dechlorinator
Larger buildings sometimes run a dechlorinator on the incoming line so every fixture, not just the break room, dispenses water that tastes better.
