It comes down to how much water your house goes through and whether you'd rather have a delivery on the calendar or a unit plumbed into the wall.
Bottled delivery makes sense if you drink a moderate amount, you like knowing exactly what's in the bottle, you want mineral water rather than plain RO, or you'd rather not have anything plumbed in. It also travels: a crock and stand or a pump works at a cottage where there's no line to tap.
Bottleless makes sense if your household drinks a lot, you're tired of storing full bottles and stacking empties, nobody wants to lift a 5-gallon bottle onto a cooler, or you'd rather pay a flat monthly cost than per bottle. It never runs out mid-week, which is the thing most people say they wanted.
If you're genuinely torn, say so on the form. We'll ask two or three questions and give you a straight recommendation rather than steering you to whichever we'd rather sell.
