The Gordy Care Plan is our annual maintenance plan: one visit a year from a certified technician, plus 20% off service, parts, and salt for the whole year. It costs less than most single repairs.

We'll set a time for your annual service visit and give you a short arrival window rather than an all-day one. A certified technician handles the whole visit.
Your 20% comes off service calls, parts, and salt from the day you enroll. You don't have to remember to ask for it or wait for a sale.
$249 per year covers one system, either a water softener or a reverse osmosis drinking water system.
$399 per year covers a home with both a softener and an RO system.
That includes the annual service visit, free system check-ups, 20% off service calls and parts, 20% off salt year-round, discounted filters and additives, and for softeners, free resin cleaner and two bags of salt.
The plan is prepaid by credit card and covers one household at one address. The annual visit is one per household. Plan discounts don't stack with other sale promotions, so on a salt sale weekend you get the better of the two rather than both. Salt discounts on delivery apply at a four-bag minimum. Prices shown exclude tax.
The 20% salt discount is one of the more useful parts of the plan, and it applies to delivery as well as pickup at a four-bag minimum. Direct-to-tank service means somebody else carries the bags down the stairs.
