The Problem

Hard Water Costs More Than You Think

West Michigan sits on some of the hardest water in the country, and a business feels it faster than a home does. Scale builds inside boilers, water heaters, and ice machines and shortens their life. Iron leaves orange staining on fixtures, laundry, and finished product. Chlorine carries into food, coffee, and manufacturing steps where taste and consistency matter. And where a process calls for ultra-clean water, such as product rinsing or medical applications, a reliable high-purity water system is what keeps product within specification and devices safe to use.

The right treatment slows that down. Softened water protects the pipes and equipment you've already paid for, high-purity water keeps your product within specification, and fewer surprises mean fewer service calls.

The Systems That Fix It

Every commercial job starts with an on-site water analysis, because a restaurant, a car wash, and a machine shop each need something different. From there we recommend and install from three main systems, sized to your flow rates and how many hours a day you run.

System 1
Solves: Hardness & scale

Commercial Water Softeners

Control the hardness that scales up boilers, heaters, dishwashers, and cooling equipment. Built for higher demand and continuous duty, including twin-tank setups that keep soft water flowing around the clock.

System 2
Solves: Dissolved solids

Commercial RO & High-Purity Water

For operations that need low-mineral or high-purity water: labs, medical and dental, food and beverage, electronics, and equipment that can't tolerate spotting or scale.

System 3
Solves: Chlorine & chloramine

Commercial Dechlorinator Systems

Reduce chlorine and chloramine ahead of a process, a product, or downstream equipment that reacts to it, so taste and consistency stay where you want them.

Not sure which of these your building needs? That's what the assessment is for.

After the Install

We Service What We Install

A treatment system is only as good as the upkeep behind it. Gordon handles ongoing service and repair, filter and media changes, and scheduled commercial salt delivery so your team never has to think about hauling bags.

Equipment rental is available when a larger install makes more sense as a monthly cost than an upfront one.

FAQ

Questions Businesses Ask Us

How is commercial water treatment different from a home system?
Businesses run more water, more hours, and often can't pause operations, so equipment is sized for higher flow and continuous duty. Some industries also have process or compliance needs a home never has. We match the system to your building's actual demand.
Do you service the systems you install?
Yes. We handle repairs, media and filter changes, and scheduled commercial salt delivery, so upkeep stays off your team's plate.
How do you decide what our building needs?
We start with an on-site water analysis and a look at your equipment and usage, then recommend from softening, filtration, dechlorination, or high-purity RO based on what the water and your operation call for.
Can we rent a system instead of buying it?
Yes. Most of our commercial and industrial systems are available to rent. To start, you pay the first month's rent plus freight and installation. After that, it's one monthly payment by ACH.
Do you serve my area?
We cover West Michigan from four offices across 13-plus counties, and for commercial and industrial work we travel further; we have installed systems in Traverse City and metro Detroit. Reach out with your location and we will confirm.
